Frozen poultry meat is the most widely consumed animal-based food. However, water loss often leads to quality loss of poultry meat. Therefore, the present study sought to investigate the combined effect of calcium chloride (CaCl2) and pulsed electric fields (PEF) treatment on chicken breast meats and the mechanisms underlying protein degradation. The results showed that the synergistic effect was superior to the single treatment. Compared with the untreated group, the combination of CaCl2 and PEF increased water holding capacity of chicken breast meats by 16.61% and decreased cooking loss by 28.93%. Low-field nuclear magnetic resonance (LF-NMR) results indicated that the synergistic treatment promoted water molecules' binding capacity in myofibrils of poultry meat, which exhibited higher immobilised water. Additionally, the combination of CaCl2 and PEF led to increased degradation of proteins of high-molecular weight and surface hydrophobicity of myofibrillar protein. Furthermore, the extension of the protein molecule and microenvironmental changes promoted interaction between protein and water. In conclusion, the synergistic treatment of CaCl2 and PEF enhanced water retention and improved physicochemical properties of the myofibrillar protein in chicken breast meats. 相似文献

The process of cemented carbides manufacturing requires rapid and field elemental analytical techniques to control and evaluate the properties of products. Calibration-free laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (CF-LIBS) is such a potential elemental analytical technique. In this work, a portable LIBS instrument combined with a CF method was developed for the analysis of cemented carbides. Three batches of cemented compact carbides without reference samples were analyzed. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the samples were achieved by using the portable LIBS instrument combined with CF method. To validate the analysis results, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) was used to analyze the samples as well. The results of CF-LIBS agreed well with the results of XRF, with relative errors between ?29.53 and 24.70%. The results demonstrated that the portable LIBS instrument combined with CF method was capable for direct and rapid analysis without any need of standard measurements. Notably, with the portable LIBS instrument combined with CF method, acceptable accuracy could be obtained, which is promising for practical field applications. 相似文献

Olaquindox, carbadox, and cyadox are chemically synthesised antibacterial and growth-promoting agents for animals. At high doses they may exert mutagenicity and hepatic and adrenal toxicities in animals. Regrettably, these substances are frequently abused or misused when added into animal feeds. Thus, developing a sensitive and reliable method for simultaneous determination of olaquindox, carbadox, and cyadox in different kinds of animal feeds is crucially important for food safety monitoring. In this paper we optimised instrumental conditions, extraction solvents, solid phase extraction cartridges, and pH of the loading solvents on the Oasis HLB cartridge. Under the optimal conditions, mean recoveries ranged from 74.1 to 111%, and intra-day and inter-day variations were lower than 14.6% and 10.8%, respectively. The limits of quantification for olaquindox, carbadox, and cyadox were 0.05 mg kg?1, 0.10 mg kg?1, and 0.025 mg kg?1, respectively. The proposed method uses ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and is sensitive and reliable for the simultaneous determination of olaquindox, carbadox, and cyadox in three kinds of animal feeds (specifically, mixed feed, concentrated feed, and additive premixed feed). This method has good precision, high sensitivity, and good reproducibility, and thus it can be used for convenient and accurate determination of olaquindox, carbadox, and cyadox in different kinds of animal feeds. 相似文献

目的探究贯筋藤作为凝乳剂的安全性。方法以贯筋藤凝乳剂为受试物,采用限量法评价贯筋藤凝乳剂对小鼠的急性毒性,观察小鼠体重及解剖后心脏、脾脏、肝脏、肾脏是否发生病变;采用Ames实验评价其遗传毒性,设20、100、500、2500、12500μg/皿剂量组进行遗传毒性实验。结果急性毒性实验未出现小鼠死亡情况。研究发现小鼠的精神亢奋,有较强攻击欲望,根据小鼠的生理状况对小鼠进行脑组织中MAO-A和5-HT含量检测发现空白组和实验组差异极显著(P0.01)。通过Ames试验检测贯筋藤凝乳剂的遗传毒性,根据结果发现在12500μg/皿的情况下出现抑制微生物生长的情况,而在2500μg/皿的剂量下统计每组菌落数差异不著性(P0.05)。结论贯筋藤凝乳剂的LD50剂量大于10000 mg/kg,并根据Ames试验确定贯筋藤凝乳剂在最高2500μg/皿不具有致突变作用。 相似文献

在对沁水盆地赵庄矿煤层气开发地质、煤层气生产井资料深入研究的基础上,分析、总结了区内煤层气直井低产原因,并据此提出了区内地面抽采后续开发方向。研究认为:3号煤层气含量偏低、含气饱和度低、临储比低,致使排采阶段气含量可降幅度低,是其低产的宏观表征;3号煤储层不匹配孔级,较差连通性,即微、小孔为主,中孔次之,大孔不发育,微裂隙连通性差,致使扩散缓慢、影响储层改造和抽采效果,是其低产的微观表征;3号煤层远高于顶底板塑性及相近的水平应力,进一步造成改造缝长受限,泄流面积不足。因此,建议区内后续地面抽采方式应以增大泄流面积开发方式为主。 相似文献

To improve the wear resistance of the chemically bonded phosphate ceramic coatings, MWCNTs are selected as the reinforcement after the modification. The high temperature wear experiment is carried out to investigate the wear behavior of the coatings with different temperatures. The results suggest that, when the temperature is below 500℃, MWCNTs can decrease friction coefficient, and the lowest friction coefficient is about 0.28, but MWCNTs lose the lubricant function at 500℃ and the friction coefficient keeps at the level of ~ 0.68. In addition, the wear resistance of coatings is improved with the introduction of MWCNTs at 100℃ and 300℃ (the wear rate is below 15X10-3mm3/Nm), but keeps similar level at 500℃ (the wear rate is ~ 22 × 10−3mm3/Nm). Besides, the wear mechanism of the coatings reinforced by MWCNTs is also investigated based on the wear behavior and microstructural characterizations. MWCNTs improve the fracture toughness by preventing the crack generation and forming the bridge when crack occurs, which leads to smooth wear tracks and good wear resistance of coatings. The coatings with MWCNTs achieve poor wear resistance at 500℃ because MWCNTs lose their strength and resistance to fatigue by oxidizing. 相似文献
